  • Facilitate development of baseline solutions and action plans for implementing strategy-to-win and baseline solutions

Proposal management and development:

  • Proposal manager for proposals ranging in value from $1M to $1B for DOE, DoD, DHS, GSA, and commercial customers
  • Implement proposal process, from strategy development through contract award, including developing and managing proposal budgets and schedules
  • Support development of orals presentations and coaching for orals teams
  • Develop and implement task order proposal process to respond to Requests for Task Proposals
  • Serve as review team member for Pink Teams and Red Teams
  • Serve as section author
  • Train and mentor proposal staff, including developing training materials
